Healthy Turkey and Spinach Lasagna Rolls

Turkey Spinach Lasagna roll-ups. Literally just made these & they are AMAZING. Not only delicious but healthy and easily adaptable to your taste (more cheesy, less meaty, more meaty, etc.) I accidentally bought ground chicken & they were perfectly fine. PLEASE MAKE THESE. They are so yummy :)
Ingredients:

  • 6 item(s) dry lasagna noodles
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ pound(s) uncooked ground turkey breast
  • 1 medium onion(s), chopped
  • 1 item(s) bell pepper(s), yellow, seeded and finely chopped (medium)
  • 16 oz marinara sauce, refrigerated, fresh
  • ⅓ cup(s) water
  • 1 cup(s) fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 5 oz chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • ¼ cup(s) basil, chopped fresh
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg(s), lightly beaten
  • ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup(s) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheeses
